Jiri Bognar is a carpenter by trade. Since 1986 he has also bred wolfhounds and has become passionate about sledding and sled dogs. In France, Jiri obtained his national sled dog and pulka license, thus becoming a professional musher, able to share his passion for sled dogs with all those who dream of wide open spaces, dramatic experiences, and simple pleasures. Jiri speaks English, French, Slovak. . . . Combining his two passions, Jiri has built a number of sleds - for himself and others. Using the strength of aluminum and the flexibility of wood his sleds are built for performance and not necessarily for speed, each is unique, and a pleasure to "drive".
